Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://ceeseatsntreats.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Cee's Eats n Treats markets and arranges Meal Delivery, Meal Prep, Custom Meal Plans, Prepared Meals, Diabetic-Friendly Meals, Catering. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Cee's Eats n Treats and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
As-Is Basis. https://ceeseatsntreats.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Cee's Eats n Treats makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Cee's Eats n Treats's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Cee's Eats n Treats from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MI law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MI for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
